These draft terms are intended to govern the use of Flow Product Recommendations (the “Service”) by a merchant (“Merchant”, “you”). The Service
Flow is intended to help merchants configure shopper-facing product recommendation funnels using merchant-controlled content and Shopify product information. The Service may evolve over time. Flow does not guarantee a particular conversion rate, revenue result, sales volume, or shopper outcome.
The Service is designed to operate with Shopify. Shopify is an independent platform and is not responsible for Flow unless Shopify expressly states otherwise.
Merchant responsibilities
You are responsible for your store, the products and offers you configure, the accuracy of your funnel content, legal compliance, customer communications, and obtaining any notices or consents required for your use of the Service. You must not use the Service in a manner that violates law, Shopify rules, third-party rights, or these terms.
You are responsible for reviewing a funnel before publishing it and for ensuring that product availability, pricing, discounts, delivery terms, and claims presented to shoppers are accurate.
Fees and billing
Pricing, trial terms, paid plans, and any additional charges are currently [not yet established]. Before public distribution, any charges for the Service will be described in the applicable Shopify App Store pricing details and processed through the required Shopify billing method unless Shopify permits another arrangement.
Availability and support
Flow will use reasonable efforts to make the Service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance, third-party platform changes, internet failures, security events, and circumstances outside reasonable control may affect availability.
